2022 Black Label Merlot

The Black Label Merlot is aged similarly to our Fieldstone for twenty months in French oak, compared to our traditional ten month aging regiment. With perfumed aromas of iris and white pepper and complex flavors of boisterous black cherry, baking spices, caramel and bay leaf, this wine is a show-stopper! The 2022 Black Label Merlot's tannins are quite supple and this wine pairs incredibly with our burrata premium plate.

Can be consumed now or cellared until 2030.
